From Davis/points east via Covell Blvd./Road 31:
Head west toward Winters on Covell Blvd.
Covell Blvd. becomes Road 31 when you cross the Davis city limit.
There will be a white sign shaped like a horse on the right, about 3 miles after you leave Davis.
The driveway is 750 feet further, on the left (at the end of the guardrail).
If you pass Road 95, you've gone too far.
From Winters/points west via Russell Blvd./Road 31:
Head east toward Davis on Russell Blvd.
At the split 2 miles east of I-505, veer left on to Road 93A. Road 93A turns into Road 31.
The driveway is 500 feet past Road 95, on the right (just before the guardrail).
From points north/south via Road 95:
The driveway is 500 feet east of Road 95 on Road 31, on the right.
